Arch Ray Resort in Fredericksburg, TX, began as a dream. After successfully establishing the Fiesta Winery enterprise, the Baxter and McCoury families decided to expand their horizons into the resort industry. They initially focused on establishing a high-end RV park and tasting room, the Barrel Room, offering Texas wine, beer, and liquor. Currently under construction, the final phases of the resort grounds will include a coffee shop, restaurants, an event venue, an outdoor stage and amphitheater, a conference center, and a hotel. Arch Ray Resort is committed to offering a one-of-a-kind, comprehensive Hill-Country Resort experience where guests can come to stay and play or rest and relax amid access to premium amenities.
Our Story
From the Ogles, who established a homestead in west Texas Big Bend Country in the early 1800s, to the Baxters, who were trailblazers of the cattle industry in the Texas Hill Country – Arch Ray is a tribute to the family legacy and a symbol of perseverance and determination.
